If your a football fan, I'm sure your aware by now that Everton have been deducted 10 points and currently sit 19th in the PL because of it. But in the midst of all this, where are Man City's FFP point's deduction. If Everton got a 10 point deduction for one breach, then by that logic, Man City deserve a 1150 point deduction. But that won't happen.
Now, all this talk of, "Oh Man City should be relegated!" Is absolute nonsense and says to me that you really don't understand very much. Now before you get annoyed and close the tab, hear me out for a moment. Man City have the best squad in the world and I think we all can agree on that, so relegation would mean just one season without them and then they will inevitably be back. This would be covering a possible 6 years of cheating with a simple, "Oh, the fans aren't happy so we will make you go away for one season to make it look like we are doing our job." from the regulators. In reality, what needs to happen is a much more severe punishment, one that makes up for the seasons of cheating. A punishment like a player ban, or a stripping of their trophies, something to really make City Football Group and Sheikh Mansour quake in their boots. And not just Man City, Chelsea too and all the other teams around the world not being punished for a lot of cheating. I did hear on Sky Sports News the other day though, that the reason the Man City case is taking so long is because there are a lot of claims to get to and the punishment will match the severity of all the claims. If this is true then Liverpool fans and Man City haters will get two Christmas's next year. Unfortunately for Everton fans at the moment, this is not the case. Fortunately though, Sean Dyche might be able to pull them out with the good form they are in. As always, leave a comment telling me what you think should happen or if you simply agree with me!
